    Note to future Lee - Go for 30 rounds next time. 28 was achieved on a Monday after 13.5 Thursday, regular Friday, one of your Team Sat WoDs and Rankel on Sunday. Just be sure to pace for 6rds / cycle and use all the time. Go fast on the cleans & PU, then recover on the squats.
