CrossFit has been a beastly adventure. I am still a newbie, but I have already noticed a difference in my strength and endurance. I drag myself to CrossFit each time to try to recapture the form and vitality I had when I was a young athlete. The hardest part for me has been getting myself on a good food plan. To help conquer this task I have started planning meals further in advance so that I am not stuck just grabbing whatever is convenient. I hope that sometime soon I will start seeing all this extra weight fall off. I will be back in the gym this evening to kick my own butt all over again.
ReplyDeleteI CrossFit because it gives me motivation & a sense of accomplishment. I feel better not only physically but mentally too. My body is so much stronger and toned now and I have done everything under the sun in terms of "good" workouts. Even as a professional soccer player I never got workouts as effective as CrossFit wods. It has totally changed my mindset and I can't imagine going into a "Globo Gym" ever again! I love it, and I love training people as well!

I CrossFit because it's hard. Every time. Never boring. Competitive. Varied. And above all else, it works.
