  1. I dropped in for today's WOD, I partnered with Brian. He's a very strong athlete and a great partner to have in this WOD. He managed to do his half of the ring dips without kipping..the guys got legs for arms! Finished in like 37:42.
    Then for whatever reason there was a killer wod following the first one i dunno, 10 rounds even..ROUGH! Awesome time, crossfit MT rocks!
