Death By Pull-Ups/Push-Ups:
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up, one push-up the first minute, two pull-ups, two push-ups the second minute, three pull-ups, three-push ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Score is the last completed reps/minute. Only completed minute counts.
