    4 rnds + the run. 50# dumbbell on the squat w/ a treadmill. They got a kick out of the kipp PU on a pull up stand with foam handles at the Y in Sikeston, MO.

    365# DL PR last night at the Y. No bumber plates which was a bit loud. That's about all I can say about Sikeston.
