Sat. June 5


Teams of 3, one person woks at a time:

Carry all 3 45# plates from start to each station,
1st Station, 100 Double Unders, 200 Single Unders,
2nd Station, 100 Burpees,
3rd Station Run One Building Lap,
Repeat in Reverse.

*All 3 plates must reach each station before work can begin. Team must finish completely before WOD is over.
