10 Min Pull Up Practice
(use this time to work toward a goal of accomplishing the next level of pull up you need to achieve - i.e. smaller band, kipping, butterfly, L Pull Up, etc.)

  1. Elite in the Marines for the O-Course is around 2 mins; the first place x-fit male was 33s and the first place female was 43s...holy smokes.

    1. Supposedly the Marines on-hand were just in awe of how fast our guys, especially ladies, were getting through Camp Pendleton. Based off what you wrote, I'm sure that was the case!
