Back Squat
3-3-3-3-3

then

For 10 Minutes do:
5 Jumping Squats
5 Pull Ups
on the minute every minute.

Do 5 Burpees at the end for every minute you do not complete the reps.

Today marks my 1st full year of CrossFitting and I wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate you by making a quick post saying thank you to everyone who coached and trained with me during my time at the gym over the past year. I'm planning on being back at CrossFit MT over the summer if I don't live in the Boro and can't wait to see everyone again! Happy Thursday peeps and enjoy your WOD!
