  3. hello, a little help here: how does this work? deadlift singles up to a max, then run 400m and then come back and do 15 reps with 135?

    Yes to the Deadlift singles. Secondly, strip the wait to 135, start the clock run 400m, 15 deadlifts; repeat 3x.
