    Have a love / hate relationship with all this metcon. Absolutely hate doing it, but really enjoy that I'm improving and it is making me a better athlete.

    Turtle Power! Seriously, my mom used to yell that as I ran the bases in softball. Nothing like embarassing your kid in high school.
