Complete 4 RFT:

2 Push Press (135/95)
2 Strict Pull Ups
4 Push Press
4 Strict Pull Ups
6 Push Press
6 Strict Pull Ups

*you must clean bar from the ground, no racks can be used.
** If you scale pull ups with bands or rings, do 2 for 1. Absolutely zero kipping is allowed.

    To say I took my time is an understatement...but I was determined to do all strict pullups. Slowest wod ever!
