With a continuously running clock,
perform 4 Rounds of the following:

Run 800m
15 Pull Ups
20 KB Swings

Rest 3 min between each round. Subtract all rest for total time at the end.

    Wanted to go all unbroken so wussed out on scaling up. Also thought it would make me stroke out with the slightly warm weather. 35# is awesome!
