Then, move the following equipment as quickly and efficiently as possible 800m:
1 tire
1 uneven bar; 90lbs on one side, 45lbs on the other
1 heavy bag
1 ruck sack weighing 90lbs
2 70lb kettlebells
1 53lb kettlebell

Limitations:
the tire can't be rolled
there can only be two people carrying the bar
there can't be more than 10m from first person to last person
anyone not carrying equipment is carrying someone else

Then, as a team accomplish:
280 burpees
420 situps
560 walking lunges

Marine Corps Sgt. Michael C. Roy, 25, of North Fort Myers, FL, assigned to the 3rd Marine Special Operations Battalion, Marine Special Operations Advisor Group, Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command at Camp Lejeune, was killed in action on July 8th, 2009 in Nimroz Province, Afghanistan, while supporting combat operations. He is survived by his wife Amy and three children, Michael, Landon and Olivia.
