100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile
Wear a 20lb. vest if you have one.
- You may partition all the pull ups, push ups, and squats as needed until complete. *Mini-Murph is available for any members new to CF, or anyone who is not able to complete the full wod in under an hour.
