Teams of two. Both run together and both must be present before thrusters and push ups can be done. Reps are total not individual for snatchs and pull ups.

Jeff and I got 60 (pretty sure) thrusters, 8:28 on mid-work and 53 HR pushups.

BTW, it was 15x pull-ups, not 10x. Not trying to be picky, just want to have the work performed recorded in case we ever repeat.
