CrossFit Sectionals WOD 11.3


Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Squat clean (165lb /110lb)
Jerk (165lb / 110lb)

  1. No way in hell! Tried scaling the weight and dumbbells but my wrist just said no. Not to mention my squats SUCK!
    Alt WOD 21-15-9 back squats at #65 and 600-300-150m rows, starting with 21 back squats. - 8:25

    I wasn't even sure I could clean the weight, more or less jerk it.\m/\m/

  6. Nice Job, Derek! You freaking killed it! I have a bum shoulder so nothing overhead for me for a couple of weeks. Did alt WOD of 21 back squats (95#), 600m row, 15 squats, 300m row, 9 squats, 150m row. 7:54, I think. 7-something anyways. Maybe Morris remembers...
