5 Rounds For Time:
Max effort row for 30 sec
Take the total number of meters rowed in 30 sec and divide in half.
Push Ups x half of meters rowed
Sit Ups x half of meters rowed
No rest in between rounds
Afterwards, work on any skill or strength development you want.
