For time:

Every minute on the minute do 5 burpees.
In between sets of burpees, do as many 115/85# Clean and Jerks as possible.
Goal is 100 Clean and jerks.

  2. I still say Monday was worse, but today was not that fun.

    Took all 35:00 minutes (Frew enforced time limit) and only got 74 clean and jerks at 60#.
