ATTENTION!!! We will be opening later because of the weather. Expect the doors to open at 10am. No 6am class, or open gym until 10.

Warm Up:
20 Wall Ball
20 Burpees
20 Sit Ups

4 RFT:
10 Deadlifts (135/95)
15 Push Ups
20 Squats

    1 Sprint around the the balcony
    10 Push ups
    10 Squats
    10 Burpees
    10 Sit ups
