After push presses, this tabata workout will be a bitch...i'm going to suck it up and go through the pain hell regardless...

TB=5.....I should not have wasted time glaring at Rob for telling me to open my hips while wheezing through the burpees. I had 6 and 7 otherwise. Damn it! Good advice,bad concentration.
