Shoulder Mobility Drills

3-3-3-3-3

then

Tabata Handstand Holds
Tabata Burpees
(tabata interval = 20 sec of work, 10 sec rest, 8 cycles, 10 second transition from Handstand Holds to Burpees.)
*Score is number of complete holds and lowest burpee round.

    Strict Press
    135,155,185,205,225x3 (PR)

    Tabata Hand Stands = 8 full holds
    Tabata Burpee = 6 every round

    Tabata Total = 14

    THS=8
    TB=5.....I should not have wasted time glaring at Rob for telling me to open my hips while wheezing through the burpees. I had 6 and 7 otherwise. Damn it! Good advice,bad concentration.

    Pull-ups=14 deadhang after 15 negative pu with 20lb weightvest
    Stairs=14x with 20lb weightvest
